All information provided by the Client is for Doggy Adventure business purposes only. Related personal information which constitutes Clients’ privacy will be kept confidential and will not be shared with anyone outside of Doggy Adventure without Clients’ consent.

By engaging the services of Doggy Adventure ABN: 37823499737 you are agreeing to be bound by the terms outlined in this document.
Your access to and use of our services is dependent upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. It is deemed that
the client has read and has accepted all terms and conditions in the Agreement for the service provided irrespective whether the
Agreement is singularly signed.

Doggy Adventure reserves the right to update this page from time to time without prior notification. Therefore it is the client’s
responsibility to check for any updates and amendments via our website. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

For the purposes of this document, the terms Client, Owner, Pet Owner, and Customer are synonymous with the person contracting services for one or more domestic animals. To ensure the well-being & maximum safety of both the client ‘s pet(s) and the pet’s carer we require all our clients to read, sign and follow our terms & conditions.

A signed Service Request form must be provided to your Doggy Adventure carer before service is provided for any period. Doggy Adventure cannot service a home with “Visiting” pets that do not belong to the resident of the service site without a separate set of agreement forms, including a Legal Considerations Agreement, accepted and signed by each rightful owner(s). The terms of this document apply to all the pets owned by the client, including any and all new pets that the client obtains on or after the date this document was signed.

Doggy Adventure agrees to complete all work in a safe and professional manner, and to provide services in a reliable, safe, sanitary and trustworthy manner.

The client acknowledges that Doggy Adventure allows dogs to play and interact with other animals both on and o leash. The client further acknowledges that due to this, injuries to pets may occur. The client agrees that Doggy Adventure will not be held liable for any injury or illness and expressly waives any and all claims against Doggy Adventure, or its employees for any loss, injury or illness to their pet or their property while in the care of Doggy Adventure or its  agents. This also includes any incident that may occur during the transportation of your dog.

The client agrees to express any known behavioral/aggression problems that their pet has with other animals, toys, food or humans. The Client agrees to be solely responsible for all expenses incurred for any harm or injury caused by their pet to the Pet Carer, other persons or other animal(s) while in the care of Doggy Adventure.

Client agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Doggy Adventure in the event of a claim by any person injured or otherwise damaged by Client’s pet(s) or negligent act.

Doggy Adventure can and will  only  consider  dogs  and  cats  that have been fully vaccinated, council registered, microchipped, socialized, and have a non- aggressive behavior. Pets must be on a flea and tick prevention program whilst in Doggy Adventure care.

Under no circumstances will Doggy Adventure, or its employees, be held responsible for Paralysis Tick, Canine Influenza, Injury, Death, Loss or Damages of any kind whatsoever that may occur to any animal while in the care of Doggy Adventure. Pet Owners are responsible for supplying up to date vaccination proof ( dog C5 & cats require F3) and veterinarian details prior to the services commencement, or services may be suspended.

Doggy Adventure reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time if the Pet Carer, in his/her sole discretion, determines that the Client’s pet(s) poses a danger to the health or safety of itself, other pets, other people or the Pet Carer. If concerns prohibit the Pet Carer from caring for the pet, Doggy Adventure will attempt to contact the Client to arrange alternative care. If the Client cannot be contacted, the Client authorizes Doggy Adventure to place the pet in a licensed kennel with all charges and fees arising to be the responsibility of the Client.

Doggy Adventure reserves the right to refuse service to any client, at any time, for any reason.

The owner agrees to take all necessary measures or precautions to ensure that their dog is free of contagious, infectious, or otherwise communicable diseases at the time of service.

In the event your dog has been exposed to or a ected by any infectious and/or contagious disease or conditions, the owner agrees to notify Doggy Adventure prior to commencement of service.

Doggy Adventure reserves the right to refuse service to any dog that at the time of pickup shows any signs of illness, or are taking medication for a transmittable illness until such time we are satisfied the condition is resolved.

Client agrees to notify Doggy Adventure of any concerns within 24 hours of completion of services.

Client is responsible for supplying the necessary equipment and supplies needed for the care of their pet(s)  including,  but  not limited to, a sturdy, well-fit harness or collar with  an  ID  tag attached with its owner’s name and telephone number during Doggy Adventure care, that the dog can not slip out of, and leash for walks or in case of emergencies, pet food, medications, litter boxes, cat litter and cleaning supplies. The dog’s microchip details must also be up to date with correct contact details.

If your pet requires medication Doggy Adventure must be informed and it is the pet owner’s responsibility to ensure su cient and non-expired medication is supplied during the service period as well as su   cient information and instructions. Client authorizes any purchase necessary for the satisfactory performance of duties. Costs of all purchases and related service fees will be reimbursed to Doggy Adventure within 7 days.

The owner will provide any and all instructions required to disarm any alarm upon entry to the premises. The Client further agrees to be responsible for associated cost in the event of triggered alarm during Doggy Adventure care. The Client must inform Doggy Adventure if there is CCTV/ live streaming recording at the Client’s home.

The  Client is responsible for any loss, damage and the negligence of any kind to their home, property or pets where entry to premises is given to other parties or if the home is not properly secured during the service period.

Doggy Adventure will not be liable for the safety of any pet(s) or held liable for the death, injury, disappearance, or legal consequences of any pet with unsupervised access  to  the outdoors. The Client is responsible to ensure the house, balconies, yard and the security of fences/gates/latches are pet-proofed.

Doggy Adventure is not responsible for any damage to property of the client or others unless such damage is caused by the negligent act of the Pet Carer. Doggy Adventure is to be advised in advance of any expected visitors, however, if other individuals have access to a client’s home, or if the home is not properly secured by others during the service period, it is not responsible for any damage or loss.

Doggy Adventure is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged leads, collars, tags, clothing or any other item left with their dog during service. Doggy Adventure is not responsible for any damages beyond the control of the Pet Sitter.

Doggy Adventure is not liable for any loss or damage in the event of a burglary or other crime that should occur while under this contract.

The Client is responsible for Doggy Adventure access to the dog on the day. If for some reason where Doggy Adventure is unable to gain access due to faulty locks, an unreasonable obstruction to the entrance and other factors other than cancellation within the stipulated period, the walk shall still be charged at the full rate.

It is the client’s responsibility to fix faulty locks, di cult doors to open and remove any obstruction to the gate or house to ensure the pet provider can gain easy entrance and quick access to your pet during every service.

The client will be accountable and incur full locksmith fee if locksmith is required to gain/regain access to your home to fix faulty locks, broken key or if no backup key was provided.

Should previous key arrangement need to be changed, It’s the client’s responsibility for either random or ongoing regular services to advise the service provider prior to start or completion of service, the location to where the key is to be returned/left on premises/property or if key is to be kept rather than returned.

If  a  separate  trip  is required by the service provider to collect and or return client keys, outside of these options, a call out fee of $30 will apply.

Doggy Adventure reserves the right to administer  necessary  aid and/or transport the pet to a vet should the client’s pet become injured or sick. Doggy Adventure will  make  every  attempt  to contact the owner, and the emergency contact. If no contact can be reached, the owner authorizes Doggy Adventure to seek appropriate medical treatment for the pet(s). Doggy Adventure will make every attempt to take your pet(s) to the Veterinarian listed on file, however, if the Veterinarian is not available, Doggy Adventure will bring the pet(s) to an appropriate clinic.

The owner  authorizes  Doggy Adventure and the Veterinarian caring for their pet(s) to share all medical records of the pet(s) with emergency vet clinics in an e ort to provide the best care possible.

The owner agrees to assume full responsibility for payment and reimbursement for any and all veterinary services rendered. The owner  understands  that  Doggy  Adventure  assumes   no responsibility for the loss or  injury  of  any  pet(s) and is released from all liability related to transportation, treatment and expenses. The Client further agrees to pay the vet invoice within 7 days of the invoice being issued.

This agreement is valid from the date below and grants permission for all future veterinary care without additional authorization each time Doggy Adventure cares for my pet(s).

Client understands that payment is due at or prior to the time of the commencement of services unless explicitly agreed upon supplementary payment terms.

A 100% deposit or payment in full is due at time of reservation to hold & confirm all bookings. (This does not apply to direct debit clients.)

Weekend Dog Walking Services and Home Visits, 25% surcharge will apply All Public Holidays & services required outside of business hours: A 45% surcharge will apply.

For   Dog    Walking    Services,    Home    Visits    Services    and   Pet Taxi Services:

  • Must be canceled no later than 5pm a day before for a refund at a full rate to be liable. Doggy Adventure also o ers the option to issue the client a same value credit  valid  for  3  months from the date of
  • If the service is canceled after 5pm of the day before a refund at a full rate will not be liable unless otherwise a Vet certificate certifying your dog is sick within 2 working days of
  • In the event your dog is not at home at the time of service or if we are unable to gain access to your dog, the client  will  be subject to the full service

For Pet Sitting Services:

  • A cancellation fee of $30 will be
  • For a refund to be liable, the cancellation must be 14 days prior to the commence of the service ($30 cancellation fee will apply). For cancellations 7 days prior to service commencement date a 50% cancellation fee (% applies to the entire service period) will aplly. There is no refund liable for canceling requests with less than 7 days
  • Bookings that fall under a Public Holiday, the service must be canceled 30 days prior to the commence of the service ($30 cancellation fee will apply) for a refund to be If cancellation happens 14 days prior to the commence of the service a 80% cancellation fee (% applies to the entire service period) will apply. There is no refund liable for canceling requests with less than 14 days notice.

Early Returns- Clients returning home early will not be eligible for any refund of the remaining days booked.

Unpaid Service- Doggy Adventure reserves the right to cancel unpaid service without notice, including prior to or during the service period.

These fees are the minimum amount required for us to exclusively reserve your pets  space in our schedule. We absolutely hate to turn away any of our excellent clients because we are fully booked, but from time to time this does occur. The cancellation policies help to keep space available in our schedule for those who really need it, because we are only booking services with those that are certain they need us.

In the interest of keeping your dog safe, in the event of severe weather conditions or a natural disaster Doggy Adventure reserves the right to cancel services without notice. This includes but is not limited to storms, lighting, hail, strong wind gales, & extreme temperature conditions.

In the case of an emergency during a Pet Sitting Service, Doggy Adventure agrees to use reasonable judgment for the care and well being of the Client’s pet(s) and residence. Doggy Adventure will make reasonable e orts to maintain service  during  these conditions but reserves the right to adjust the schedule of service based on the sole discretion of the Pet Sitter.

Doggy Adventure reserves the right to take photographs and videos of your pet and to use, publish and copyright them in print and/or electronically for any purpose, which may include advertising, promotion, marketing or any media for any purpose. Should you not wish your pets photograph to be used in this way please advise in writing prior to the commencement of service.

Our website may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by our company. Doggy Adventure has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. The client further acknowledges that Doggy Adventure shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused by or in  connection  with the use of any such content, goods or services.

The Term of this document applies to all pets owned by the client, including any and all new pets that the customer obtains on or after the date this document was signed. I have read the above terms and conditions. I know, understand and agree to all terms stated above. By Signing below, I am accepting this document as a contractual agreement.
